We are not the primary producer of the content found on this website. All materials are uploaded by independent users/advertisers who act as the “primary producer” for the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

2. Record Keeping

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are kept by the custodians of records of the respective content producers (the advertisers). indianscarlet does not maintain these records as we do not produce the content.
